Common toilet problems we fix
- Constantly running or phantom flushing
- Weak or incomplete flush
- Leaking at the base (failed wax seal)
- Rocking or wobbling
- Stubborn clogs a plunger won’t clear
- Cracked tank or bowl (replacement)
Our process
- Diagnose. Identify whether it’s an internal part, the seal, or the fixture itself.
- Repair or replace. Swap worn valves and flappers, or remove and reset the toilet on a fresh wax ring.
- Level & seal. Set it solid and level, reconnect the supply, and test for leaks and a clean flush.
What NJ homeowners should know
A running toilet is the most common — and most ignored — water waster in the home, quietly adding to your bill. And a toilet that rocks is more than annoying: it breaks the seal underneath and can rot the subfloor over time. Both are quick, affordable fixes that prevent bigger problems down the line.
